Welcome to our site. Some of you may remember when you hit 60 a few months ago. We got a guide from a Lotro player who had settled on going out in a blaze of glory on the Luitenent of BG, fraps and all.

This last weekend, he finally fell during an epic all-captain Hall of Crafting run. We wish you could say the death itself was epic.It was certainly a fun (though sometimes stressful) journey which we doubt we will attempt again . In case any of you want to give this a shot, here are some pointers:

1)  Preferably captain from his experience. You can try this on multiple characters but never made it past 40ish (RK). We don't think you got any better, just picked a better class. So you need to choose the right class.

2) Its really not that expensive and makes a massive difference in your effectiveness from craft yourself gear the whole way.

3) Your captain was learning Cook so we were juiced up on food most of the time we were leveling(Lotro Gold) which always have the highest level pots and food available.

4) Any time there is no where to run, you are in danger. Any time there is no where to run AND you are relying on other people, you are rolling the dice. please avoid instances, especially group ones.

5) Don't play while tired - though he made it to Level65(Lotro powerleveling), he didn't die on his own terms. This was likely because it was nearly 2 AM and he was also in violation of rule.

Thank you for reading. Hope it can help you more or less.
