You can start running Fire Temple if you still want to avoid PvP at level(aion kinah) 30. Not to get too much into details, but there are dungeons from here on out, including Abyss dungeons once your side owns a fortress, that will give you xp and possible good rewards, including even nice AP when you get idols and stuff to turn in at Teminon Fortress. Get some AP accessories or whatever you want in Aion.
You can either do dungeons all the way up, join in Fortress sieges where you are in groups anyway, so PvP won't seem so much like the ganking you dislike, or you can join in group quests where you are not alone. There's always someone asking for people in chat and they would most likely love to have someone with them in full Daevonian set. You probably won't completely avoid PvP, but you can try to stay with a group if you choose to wander about in the Abyss, and then you can go to Theobomos at level 42.
Now you are back in a rift-free land, and you can do repeatable quests for armor and all the quests here, kill mobs and make money, or do whatever you want, including running the higher level(Aion powerleveling) dungeons, none of which will expose you to PvP. In early 40s you also can start running Steel Rake, maybe you want the full Shugo pirate gear set. You can do repeatables in there for nice gear rewards. Anyway, you hit 50 and then run the highest level dungeons as much as you like, or do whatever you want to do. Anyway, at some point, maybe you got the Shugo pirate gear. Just have fun in Aion.
